How do you stop a year old lab from chewing shoes, and furniture?

The only suggestion I have for you would be to talk to a trainer. Alot of these types of undesirable behaviors can be modified with the help of a professional trainer. Do some research and find a reputable one though. If you are in the Malibu,Ventura County area, I can give the name of one I trust completely.
