Sharks Make Playoffs The Malibu High Sharks played a real nail-biter game on Friday afternoon. Great running by Bennie Townsend, Dane Skophammer and Dustin Chapnick played a big part in the win. Chapnick ended up with 2 touchdowns. Kellen Hansen had a pivotal fumble recovery that he ran in for a touchdown. Bennie Townsend returned a punt for a touchdown. The Sharks won with a pro-like field goal by
Josh Paxton in the final minute. The final score was 28 to 29.
This was the first league game that the Sharks have won. The win will allow the Sharks to move on to the playoffs for the first time since the Malibu footbal program began.
